Natalie is passionate about using her skills as a massage therapist to help her clients to heal from physical and emotional pain. Natalie has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and she is able to apply her knowledge of the body to relieve pain, tension and discomfort caused by injuries, strain, repetitive movements, pregnancy and stress. Natalie is motivated to help her clients get the most out of every massage. Whether you are seeking relief from pain or tension with a deep tissue massage, or to release stress and calm your body and mind with a relaxation massage, Natalie will ensure you have a wonderful experience!

Natalie is a Registered Massage Therapist and member of the Natural Health Care Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Experience

With over 17 years of experience as an RMT, Natalie has honed her skills and her ability to assess and understand the needs of her clients, and provide services catered to their unique needs. Natalie believes that massage therapy is an important modality in treating musculoskeletal issues. Natalie is able to incorporate dynamic myofascial cupping techniques into her massage services, and she is skilled at finding trigger points that may be the cause of pain or discomfort in the body. Natalie specializes in deep tissue massage for clients with chronic pain and tension. Natalie also really enjoys offering prenatal and postnatal massage, helping mothers to relax and find relief from the aches and pains that come with pregnancy.

About

On a personal note, Natalie is a lover of all things nature: She hikes in the summer, snowboards during the winter, and walks the river valley all year round. Her indoor plant population grows annually and you’ll often find her gifting small plant propagations. She has just finished a BA in Psychology and has future plans for incorporating a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with her bodywork experience.
