At the Aspen Wellness Centre, we believe that healing happens through deep connections and meaningful relationships. We strive to provide trauma-informed care that is rooted in empathy and compassion. The Aspen Wellness Centre provides mental health therapy and wellness services including various types of therapeutic massage and reiki to promote the healing of the body, mind and spirit.
Our team of caring, knowledgeable professionals is here to support you during your healing journey. It is our job to provide you with the services and supports to lead a healthier, happier and more well balanced life.
Our Mental Health Services are available in person at our Edmonton location, or online through a secure video platform.

Our office is located in Whitemud Business Park - Building 2. The entrance is on the South side of the building facing 42nd Ave NW. Look for the Aspen Wellness Centre sign on the exterior of the building, and use the entrance closest to the sign. Our suite is 101, located on the right side after entering the main doors.
Parking is free.
Clients who are working with a Canadian Certified Counsellor will be charged 5% GST on their total session fee as of November 1st, 2024.
This will apply to all upcoming sessions booked with Adriana Ross.
This will not affect the fees for sessions with any of our other clinicians.
