This workshop is designed to help participants focus on nourishing their body, mind and spirit. Participants will learn simple and practical strategies to promote relaxation, regulate the nervous system and manage stress in healthy ways. Activities can be customized to meet the unique needs of the group.
This workshop is being led by Heather Andrew, MSW RCSW. She is a Trauma Informed Mental Health Therapist who specializes in grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. Heather is passionate about helping clients incorporate self care into their daily wellness routine.
