Jensen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) in 2017 and has since cultivated a strong background in the non-profit mental health sector. She began her career as a receptionist before advancing to a client care specialist role, where she provided essential support to diverse communities across Edmonton—including individuals experiencing homelessness, those in crisis, newcomers, and students. Her experience as a crisis line supervisor further strengthened her ability to offer empathetic, grounded support during life’s most challenging moments.
As an intern therapist, Jensen is known for her warm, non-judgmental, and adaptable approach. She integrates evidence-based techniques with genuine curiosity and, when appropriate, a touch of humour to create a safe and welcoming space for healing. Rooted in trauma-informed care, client centred principles, and an attachment-based framework, her practice acknowledges the deep impact of past experiences and relationships on present well-being. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, Jensen tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She believes in exploring the connections between thoughts, emotions, and experiences to foster meaningful insight and empower individuals to take control of their healing journey.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin—that’s what we’ll explore together. My role is to support and guide you at a pace that feels comfortable, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and empowered every step of the way.

Natalie gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Thank you so much.
I’ve been getting massages here for about a year and a half now, and each one has been amazing! The space is very clean, calm, and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
Natalie is an amazing massage therapist. I feel significantly better after the massages and my range of motion improved immediately. I highly recommend Natalie!
Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with Natalie and it was amazing! She was so sweet and tailored it specifically to my requests. The table set up is awesome too as you actually get to lie on your stomach! Natalie has such a smooth flow to her technique and I will definitely go back.
My partner and I booked a couples massage and I could not be more appreciative! They treated us with such kindness and professionalism, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We discussed preferences of pressure and location in depth before beginning and they were both able to offer great suggestions for us! They also checked in with us making sure we were comfortable at various times throughout the session, which I really appreciated! We walked out feeling so refreshed and relax, I had even dozed off during the massage! As an added bonus we got a sweet dark chocolate treat at the end of the session, which I loved! This team truly put a lot of care and effort into making their space as serene and peaceful as it is. Thank you for crafting such a wonderful team, and creating such a positive experience for your clients! Highly recommend & will be booking again!!
First time visiting Aspen Wellness Centre and had a massage with Natalie. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff and easy to book online. I already booked my second massage and have been telling everyone about this place. Highly recommend.
