Kim brings a calm, grounded energy into her work with clients, helping them to feel safe, respected and understood. Kim is a Registered Clinical Social Worker and she has had a lengthy career as a Mental Health Therapist. Kim has over 25 years of experience working with youth and adults with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, addictions/substance use, grief and loss, and trauma. Kim is passionate about utilizing a trauma informed approach in her work with clients, and helping them work toward their therapeutic goals.
Kim offers mental health therapy for individual youth (14+) and adults.
Kim is honoured to be an ally of the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIAP and Indigenous communities.

Kim is an experienced Mental Health Therapist, with more than 25 years’ experience working in the addiction and mental health field. Kim is experienced working with teens and adults, and has worked in both tertiary and community-based clinic settings. With a strong conviction for trauma informed practice, Kim recognizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and trust. Kim believes in everyone's capacity for self-determination, and to make meaningful changes in their life. Kim brings compassion, creativity and thoughtfulness to her approach with clients. Kim has also been a contract employee with Family Justice Services and CASA.
