Cari's pronouns are she/her/hers.
Cari offers mental health therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth.
Cari's extensive life experiences, challenges, and evolution have led her to the helping profession. Beginning with an Education degree, Cari was a substitute teacher for many years before having children of her own. Being fortunate to be able to stay at home to raise the children, this allowed Cari to volunteer at her children's schools and activities, and work part time at a florist shop. Her family was able to participate in a year long Firefighter exchange to New Zealand in 2017. These immeasurable life experiences and being exposed to diverse cultures through travel and volunteering have helped hone Cari’s person-centred skills. Her passion for incorporating mindfulness into every day living has helped build stronger connections personally and therapeutically. Her trauma-informed, client-centred approach meets people where they are, and her compassion supports and encourages people to start where they are.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
