Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break? Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the emotional toll of chronic illness, pain, or insomnia? Are you struggling with navigating relationship challenges, family stress, or the impact of past experiences such as domestic violence and adverse childhood experiences? It can feel isolating—like others don’t fully understand. You want relief, clarity, and a sense of control over your life again. You want to feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work. You want to reclaim happiness in your life.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s important that you feel safe, respected, and understood from the very beginning. In our sessions, you can expect: a non-judgmental and supportive environment, validation of your experiences, emotional safety and a collaborative approach, where we move at a pace that feels right for you. I have advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about providing trauma informed care that is culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive.

Natalie is fantastic! She listens to what I need and has great pressure for deep tissue in those stubborn spots. She keeps the conversation light and takes her cues from me when I’m needing the quiet.
