Cari is a Registered Provisional Psychologist, and she recently joined our team of heart centred therapists. Cari comes with a wealth of life experience as a mother, world traveler and former teacher. As a mental health therapist, Cari is able to draw on these experiences and skills to form deep and meaningful connections with her clients. Cari also has specialized knowledge and experience supporting the spouses and loved ones of fire fighters. Cari also utilizes her experience as a former educator to support students, caregivers and teachers around the specific challenges related to navigating the school system.

Cari is very warm and client centred in her approach, which helps her clients feel safe and comfortable as they develop a strong therapeutic alliance.
